Although it was introduced in 1905, Hansa is still one of the most popular Rugosa roses. The blooms are a medium red, verging on mauve, and are born in clusters of 3 - 5 flowers on short stems. The scent is marvelous and Hansa makes a great hedge. Almost totally immune to disease!
